TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking a session with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You are 18+.

• I claim no responsibility for what occurs after our time together or what you decide to do thereafter, as a result of our consultation. Your decisions and your actions are your own.

• I am not a licensed therapist, or psychologist. Please refer to your local professional for legal or medical counsel. My services should not be considered, or replaced, in lieu of the advice from a licensed professional. I reserve the right to decline service if I believe the request is outside of my professional ability, and responsibility. I do not take questions regarding death prediction, legal matters, and health concerns. 

• All readings require a minimum of 60 minutes, since that is the time needed to properly carry out a consultation with me. 

• You will be able to cancel a reading 48 hours in advance free of charge. After the 24 hour mark, your full payment will not be refunded. This is to compensate for the work I prepare before, and for, our consultation. My work begins before we sit down to chat!

• You will be able to reschedule a consultation 48 hours in advance free of charge. I will try my best to reschedule you on the next best available date. A reschedule within the 24 hour mark, or due to a No Show will be subject to half the cost of the original service. 

• There is a 15 minute no-show policy. If the client fails to contact me in the first 15 minutes after our designated consultation hour, the session will be canceled, and the money will not be refunded. Please contact me if there is any issue I can help you with. 

• I do not offer free pre-consults before an official reading. If you’d like to get a sense of my style as an astrologer, please refer to the testimonials page.

• I’m available for sliding scale consultations. This is reserved for BIPOC living under disability payments. If you find yourself in a tight spot monetarily, please contact me to explain your situation, and we can work something out. Sliding scale consultations will be chosen on a case by case basis, depending on the circumstance. I retain the right to reject an offer if need be.

• If I suspect you have paid for an appointment with me, not with an intention to learn more about astrology, but for personal reasons, that including sexual or romantic interest, I retain the right to end our call effective immediately, with no refunds. This portion of the terms and conditions has been placed as a security measure for events of harassment that have occurred previously. 

• All consultations include a recording of our session together, which will be sent by email after the appointment.

• In accordance to the law, all consultations with me are solely for entertainment purposes.
